I look back over my shoulder, squinting into the late afternoon sun, gawking with stunned alarm at the broad rolling muddy waters of the Mississippi, she really stands there, in frond of the wild water. She is real, my friend from the mirror. How could I ever have believed that she was just imaginary? it where my mothers lies that poisoned my mind for so long, until her deathbed she kept her silence . The journey to this moment was a long emotional one, the trip to these waters where just last steps in meeting my sister again. She is Elena from the mirror and really does look like a reflection of mine.
